Poland Work Visa
This is issued to persons who intend to stay in Polish territory altogether (in the course of one or several entries) for a period longer than 90 days in the course of a year from the date of the first entry.
The long-term national visa (D) authorizes stay:
✓ In the territory of Poland during the validity period for which it was issued;
✓ and additionally, to travel in the territory of the other Schengen states for up to 90 days in the curse of each 180-day period, calculated from the date of entry into the territory of the member states.

As per the Embassy of Poland in Iran, Embassy of Poland in Pakistan, Embassy of Poland in Turkey, the application for the Polish work visa must be submitted along with the following documents:
✓ A visa application form, duly completed.
✓ A passport, valid until at least 3 months after the planned departure from Poland Biometric, passport size picture(s).

✓ Document confirming the purpose of your stay on the basis of a seasonal work permit. (original)

The decision on the issue of a visa is made within 15 working days from the payment date of application fee. If the documents need to be examined in more detail, the consideration period may be extended to 45 days.
